TurboCAD Windows includes TurboCAD Platinum, TurboCAD Professional, TurboCAD Deluxe, and TurboCAD Designer. We offer free assistance troubleshooting unexpected software errors or behavior to owners of versions 2020, 2019 and 2018.
Why aren’t older versions supported? The system requirements for older software are out of date, so the working environment cannot be duplicated by our technical support team. In most cases, issues are resolved by upgrading, and you are strongly encouraged to do so. 32-bit Versions of TurboCAD 2020:
There are 32-bit and 64-bit versions of TurboCAD; however, if you order directly from IMSI Design, you will be sent only sent the 64-bit version. If you wish to install the 32-bit version, click here, to download it. The license keys you were sent when purchasing will work with either the 32-bit or 64-bit version. TurboCAD uses a universal’ EXE, so the file being downloaded works for all versions – Designer, Deluxe, Professional and Platinum.
TurboCAD 2019 users will automatically download the latest updates through the software. If you are having trouble with the auto update, please report to firstname.lastname@example.org.

To access it, simply go to the TurboCAD Help menu, and click on ‘Reference Manual.
